Terms of Service:
These Terms of Service set forth your rights and obligations as a user of the Lennon Managed and Managed Portal. Unless otherwise specified by Lennon, all Portals introduced and administered by Lennon are governed by these Terms of Service.

By registering for an account with Lennon and continuing to use the Portal, you accept these Terms of Service. You hereby acknowledge and accept that your continued use of the Portal is subject to these Terms of Service and any other guidelines and procedures, specific rules, procedures, terms and conditions for products, services or facilities, as determined or modified by Lennon at its sole discretion at any time or from time to time. Such other guidelines and procedures, specific rules, procedures, terms and conditions for the products, services or facilities offered shall be deemed incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms of Service.

Services are provided by Lennon Technology Limited. (“Lennon”), located at UNIT 83 3/F YAU LEE CENTER,NO.45 HOI YUEN ROAD KWUN TONG KL.

1. Definition
In these Terms of Service, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words have the following meanings:

Account: means your account duly registered with Lennon to facilitate your use of the services provided on the Portal (or any Portal);

Lennon gold coins: Refers to the corresponding gold coins recharged in Lennon, which can be deducted from the corresponding balance, and the corresponding amount can be deducted at a ratio of 1:1, up to 50% of the purchased goods.

Lennon points: Refers to the points that Lennon rewards you for purchasing goods and services on the portal website, including other descriptions of the use of these points at any time; the points are obtained according to the price of the corresponding product and membership level decisions Yes, the specific reward points are as follows:

Parties: means Lennon and you collectively, and "Party" means any of them;

Portal: collectively the Portal currently known as Lennonc.com and such other Portals launched, managed and administered by Lennon from time to time;

Terms of Service: means these Terms of Service governing your use of the Services, as may be amended at any time and from time to time as Lennon deems necessary in its absolute discretion, and shall include: (i) any guidelines, privacy policies for products, services or facilities that Lennon may determine from time to time , rules, procedures, terms of service; (ii) any documents, instructions, letters and agreements referred to in these terms of service and forming part of these terms of service, and any amendments to any of the above at any time or from time to time;


2. License
In consideration of your agreement to these Terms of Service and your continued observance and compliance with these Terms of Service, Lennon hereby grants you a revocable, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Portal and use the Services pursuant to and subject to the provisions herein terms and conditions.

The Portal and Services provided by Lennon, or any portion thereof, may not be reproduced, reproduced, reproduced, downloaded, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the express consent of Lennon. Any unauthorized use will terminate the license granted by Lennon.

3. Representations and Warranties

Lennon has operations, or requires Lennon to comply with any additional licensing requirements under the laws of that jurisdiction; and
Your personal information and documents submitted thereon, including but not limited to your full name, telephone number, mailing address and e-mail address, are true and accurate. You should immediately notify us in writing of any changes to your personal information.
4. Use of the Services
Equipment and software required to connect to and access the Portal and to subsequently use the Services shall be purchased at Your own expense. You are responsible for all third-party charges imposed by you for connecting your device to the Portal (or any Portal).
A valid Lennon Account is required to access and use the Services and/or Portal. You can sign up for an account here.
You shall keep your account password secure and confidential. You shall not disclose or disclose your account password to any unauthorized party at any time or under any circumstances, and shall take all measures to prevent disclosure of the account password to any unauthorized party.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information. Any notice or confirmation received by Lennon from your account shall be deemed to have been given by you, although such notice or confirmation may have been given by a third party (whether authorized or not) and you shall be bound by such notice or confirmation .
Lennon is not responsible for action on notifications or confirmations sent through your account. Lennon is not obligated to investigate the authenticity or authority of persons affecting notices or acknowledgments, or to verify the completeness of such notices or acknowledgments. Such notice or acknowledgment will be deemed irrevocable and binding on you upon receipt by Lennon notwithstanding any error, fraud, forgery, ambiguity or misunderstanding of the terms of such notice or acknowledgment.
Unless otherwise permitted by Lennon, you may not use the Services, directly or indirectly, for any commercial purpose.
You may not use the Portal or the Services (or any of them) to engage in any fraudulent, immoral or illegal activities or such activities that may infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Unless otherwise permitted in writing by Lennon, you may not upload, post, email or otherwise make available any unauthorized or illegal activity on the Portal or directly to other users of the Portal.
You may not use any intellectual property rights belonging to Lennon or any publisher listed on the Portal, including but not limited to trademarks or trade names, whether registered or not, without Lennon's prior written consent.
You must not be intrusive, offensive or harassing in any way to other users of the Portal or to Lennon employees.
You may not directly or indirectly recruit and/or poach any Clients obtained through the use of the Portal.
It is your primary responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with these guidelines and procedures, which shall be deemed incorporated by reference and form part of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by Lennon from time to time at Lennon's sole discretion. Lennon shall not be liable for any errors, losses or damages arising from your use of the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information. Any notice or confirmation received by Lennon from your account shall be deemed to have been given by you, although such notice or confirmation may have been given by a third party (whether authorized or not) and you shall be bound by such notice or confirmation .
Lennon is not responsible for action on notifications or confirmations sent through your account. Lennon is not obligated to investigate the authenticity or authority of persons affecting notices or acknowledgments, or to verify the completeness of such notices or acknowledgments. Such notice or acknowledgment will be deemed irrevocable and binding on you upon receipt by Lennon notwithstanding any error, fraud, forgery, ambiguity or misunderstanding of the terms of such notice or acknowledgment.
You shall notify Lennon immediately upon receipt of incomplete, garbled or inaccurate data or information from Lennon. You should also notify Lennon immediately upon receipt of any data or information that does not apply to you. This should be considered confidential in nature and you should delete such data or information from your account. You shall continue to be bound by the necessary confidentiality obligations applicable thereafter and you shall not disclose such information to any third party.
You may need your own Lennon account to use our services and you will need to verify your details by providing your name and mobile number to receive a security token allowing you to access our portal. You may need to be logged into the account and have a valid payment method associated with it.
You acknowledge and agree that Lennon may, in its sole discretion, deny or allow you to use the Services at any time and that Lennon shall notify you of such denial by email or any other form of communication.
Unless otherwise permitted in writing by Lennon, you may not upload, post, email or otherwise make available any unauthorized or illegal activity on the Portal or directly to other users of the Portal.
You may not upload, post, email, transmit or in any other way make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment , including but not limited to portals.
You irrevocably and unconditionally permit Lennon to send updates to your account regarding services and events offered or offered by Lennon.

5. Payment
You may pay for the Services in a currency available on the Portal at the prevailing exchange rate at Lennon's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for payments and applicable taxes, if any, associated with use of the Services (or any of them) through your Account.
Lennon reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel any request for payment made by you without giving any reason.
Lennon reserves the right to change, modify or remove the payment methods available on the Portal (or any Portal) at any time without notice. Any payments accepted for processing orders will be completed until the affected payment method is removed.
Please read the instructions carefully and confirm that the game name, server, account name, purchase amount and other information are correct.
Lennon shall not be liable for damages/losses resulting from wrong purchases by customers due to negligence and/or providing false/wrong information. By purchasing any product from Lennon, customer understands, acknowledges and accepts this disclaimer.

6. Service Availability
Services are generally provided daily, unless otherwise specified herein.
From time to time, the Services may be unavailable due to maintenance or failure of the Portal or other reasons beyond Lennon's control. Lennon does not guarantee that the service will be available at the times stated here.
Except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Service, Lennon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the program and/or mode of operation of the Services from time to time for any reason.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms of Service, Lennon is entitled to:
Immediately terminate, suspend, revoke or suspend your use of the Services; or
Impose conditions or restrictions on your use of the Services.
In addition to the foregoing, Lennon may, at its sole discretion, charge a fee to maintain your account if you have not used the Services for three (3) consecutive months.
7. Lennon points
Every time you buy goods or services on the portal, you will be rewarded with Lennon points.
You can redeem your Lennon points for goods or services on the portal. The Lennon Points required to redeem such goods or services shall be as stated in the Portal.
Redemption of Lennon Points is subject to further rules and regulations as may be imposed by Lennon from time to time or from time to time.
Lennon points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Each Lennon Point will automatically expire without prior notice from Lennon on the last day of the second (2) year following the date on which the Lennon Point was first awarded to you, or such other time frame as Lennon may determine.
Once the account is closed, Lennon Points will be forfeited and you will not be able to reactivate your account or redeem them thereafter.

8. Limitation of Liability
You agree and confirm that:

(a) Lennon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, personal injury or property damages, in connection with use of the Portal, related to or otherwise caused by and service, even if Lennon has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Lennon disclaims all liability or liability for any damages, liabilities or losses arising out of your use of or reliance on the Lennon Portals and Services, or your inability to access or use them.

(b) Lennon is not responsible or liable for any products or content produced by any third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.

(c) In any event, Lennon's liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided by Lennon to you during the 3 months preceding the date on which such damages were first allegedly suffered.

(d) The limitations and disclaimers in this section are not intended to limit liability or alter your rights as a consumer which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property rights
All copyrights, trademarks, service marks belong to their respective owners/distributors and Lennon is not affiliated in any way with any of said owners/distributors. All services offered on the Portal are provided by Lennon and not the owner/publisher.

Such copyrights, trademarks, service marks and other intellectual property rights owned and used by Lennon in providing the Services belong solely to and shall be the property of Lennon or its licensors. Neither these Terms of Service nor use of the Services convey or grant you any rights: (i) in connection with the Services, except for the limited license granted above; (ii) to use or reference Lennon's business name/brand in any way , logos, product and service names, trademarks or service marks, or the names of Lennon's licensors.

10. Reliability of the Portal
You are aware that all transactions conducted on the Portal are conducted over telecommunications and data networks and may be interrupted due to technical failures, defects or problems or problems with network providers.
You fully understand that your receipt of notices from Lennon or receipt of notices from Lennon may be delayed or prevented due to factors affecting the relevant service providers and other interested parties. You accept that Lennon cannot guarantee timely delivery of such notices or acknowledgments.
You acknowledge and confirm that you will take all steps and measures to check and verify the transaction history of your account.
11. Account
If you know or believe that your account has been hacked or compromised, you should notify Lennon immediately.
You shall be responsible for all transactions made through your account at any time prior to Lennon's receipt of your above notice.
Upon receipt of such notice, Lennon may, as it deems appropriate, suspend providing services to you pending the conclusion of the investigation.
12. Information Disclosure
Lennon has the right, and you irrevocably and unconditionally agree and authorize Lennon to disclose or publish any information related to you or through you to the extent permitted by law.
Lennon may, in its sole discretion, deem suitable Portals within the scope of:
Disclosure may be required by Lennon et al. under applicable law;
such other persons or entities pursuant to any government order or court order; or
Any other party that Lennon deems disclosure is reasonably necessary in connection with providing the Services to you.
Except as otherwise provided above, Lennon will not disclose your personal information to any other party without prior notice to you.
13. Applicable laws and regulations
Your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Services (including these Terms of Service).
If necessary, you should obtain the approval or consent or permission of the relevant regulatory authority before using the service.
For cross-border transactions, it is your responsibility to ensure that the laws in force in the country where the transaction takes place are not violated.
You shall fully indemnify, defend and hold Lennon, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and their affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of or in connection with (including legal fees) your breach or breach or failure to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service.
14. Suspension, Termination, Cancellation of Services
Lennon may cancel the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. Upon cancellation, the Service (or any portion thereof) may be restored in a manner and in accordance with the Terms of Service at Lennon's sole discretion.
Your rights under these Terms will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. We may terminate the Terms or restrict, suspend or cancel your use of the Services at any time at Lennon's discretion, including if Lennon determines that your use violates the Terms, is inappropriate or otherwise involves fraud or abuse of the Services or is detrimental to our interests or another user of. Lennon shall notify you of such suspension, termination or cancellation by email or any other form of communication.
Lennon reserves the right to suspend or block access to and use of the Service (or any portion thereof) at any time for any reason, for any length of time, and under any conditions in Lennon's sole discretion.
After the Service (or any part thereof) is suspended:
All rights granted to you under this agreement will be frozen immediately pending investigation;
All digital goods held under your account or purchased by you in other ways will be frozen pending investigation;
Lennon may, in its sole discretion, not act on any request received by you after the effective date of the suspension;
Lennon may, in its sole discretion, not act on any acknowledgment or request you receive between the date you receive notice of the suspension and the effective date of the suspension (if there is a time gap between the two dates); and
Lennon should notify you of the outcome of the investigation.
Upon cancellation or termination of the Service (or any part thereof):
All rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately terminate and revert to Lennon;
You shall promptly pay to Lennon all outstanding fees and charges due and owed to Lennon;
Lennon may, in its sole discretion, not act on any request received by you after the effective date of termination;
Lennon may, in its sole discretion, not act on any acknowledgment or request you receive between the date of receipt of the cancellation/termination notice and the effective date of termination (if there is a time gap between the two dates); and
You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally authorize Lennon to deduct all amounts due by you to Lennon, if any, from the amounts due to you from Lennon for delivered purchased Digital Goods.

Precautions:
All notices and documents required to be provided to Lennon should be sent by certified mail to Lennon's address listed on the Portal. Any notice or document sent by you to Lennon shall be deemed duly notified upon receipt of such notice or document by Lennon.
All notices and documents from Lennon to you under these Terms of Service shall be sent to you by either:
Send an email to your last known email address according to Lennon's records;
Post notices or communications on the Portal;
notices placed in any written communication from Lennon to you;
Notice via any medium.
Any notice or document or communication from Lennon to you by electronic mail or any other form of communication shall be deemed given and received on the day following the date on which such notice or document was transmitted.
1. Waiver and Severance Payment
Lennon's failure at any time or for any period to enforce any one or more of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver or waiver of its right to enforce these Terms of Service at any time thereafter.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is declared invalid, voidable, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable by any judicial or other competent authority, Lennon shall have the right to modify such provision in a reasonable Revocable, illegal or otherwise unenforceable terms.
In no event shall any provision of these Terms of Service be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall have no effect on any other provision of these Terms of Service, which shall remain valid and enforceable.

Lennon reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service (and any other guidelines and procedures, specific rules, procedures, terms and conditions of products, services or facilities offered) at any time in its sole discretion. Lennon may modify, add to, delete or change these Terms of Service by posting on the Portal or in any other manner in Lennon's sole discretion.
Lennon shall notify you of such amendments via the Portal within 30 days of the date such amendments are implemented.
You agree that continued use of the Portal and Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service, as modified and changed from time to time.
3. Homework
You may not assign your rights under these Terms of Service without Lennon's prior written consent.

4. Binding effects
These Terms of Service are binding on your heirs, personal and legal representatives, estates, successors in title and permitted assigns, as applicable.
